7 Russell Street Kadina, SA 5554

2 Bedroom stone house that sits neatly on a corner block.

The home is 'liveable' if you were to stay over for weekends. It would be ideal for any DIY renovator or an amazing block to build on.

The location is great just a few minutes walk to the local pub, for great meals and entertainment.

The surrounding areas have very good tourism features with beaches, jetties and boat ramps, with wonderful fishing on offer and is only 1.5 hours from Adelaide.

The low price reflects the amount of work to be done so if you think you're up for the challenge call Dave on 2429 692 511 to make arrangements to view the property.
