4 Cornwall Street Clinton, SA 5570

It's rare to find vacant land with shedding but that's exactly what we have here. Ideal to be used as a weekend getaway only 80 minutes from Adelaide, the shedding provides some great camping options. Garage includes some basic kitchen facilities, another is set up for sleeping and the third is a handy toilet block which includes a shower.

With Christmas just around the corner, imagine spending your holidays relaxing and maybe doing a spot of fishing, catching a few crabs and being the envy of your friends. Only a minutes walk to the popular General Store and a 5 minute walk to the beach, now is the time to act or you will be disappointed.
