Kiosk Main Street Balgowan, SA 5573

We have just shut the doors and the vendor is keen to SELL! You could not have had a more pristine location to purchase your very own business opportunity.
Right on the waters edge with outstanding views of the beach and cliffs, the outdoor eating area is a top spot to eat.
A very busy summer location, with all year round travellers coming through with the caravan park next door and local fishing charters.
This would be a great opportunity for anyone to work a more relaxed lifestyle in this coastal town, well known for fishing, swimming and spending time with the whole family.
Kiosk/fuel/takeaway shop, this business opportunity has sentimental value, full plant and equipment, has been run and loved by a caring business owner who is making a regrettable sale. Pretty much re-open and started from scratch.
Lease is to the Yorke Peninsula Council, and we are looking for a keen energetic purchaser to take this opportunity and re-open this business running it to its full potential.
